IN-PERSON GATHERING

SUNDAY, MAY 2 4PM

Our next in-person indoor gathering is scheduled for Sunday, May 2 at 4pm at Evangelical Baptist Church (23 Chapel St, Newton, MA). In order to attend our in-person gathering, you must RSVP by Sunday, April 25 by clicking the button provided below.

Please read the following information about our in-person gathering:

Once you arrive, please stop by the check in table once you arrive on Sunday for a forehead temperature check, an individualized communion cup, and your seating assignment. We will form a line outside of the lobby area and will allow one household unit in the lobby at a time. There will be a Connections volunteer available to direct you.

Social Distancing Protocols We Will Follow:
1. Forehead temperature check before entering the worship area
2. Masks required before, during, and after service
3. 6 foot distancing between seating assignments for those in different households
4. Communion will be distributed in individually packaged servings that will be picked up upon arrival
5. Childcare will NOT be provided so please plan accordingly
6. Larger seating areas for families with kids to make social distancing easier
7. Orderly dismissal
8. Please do NOT attend the gathering in-person if you have been exposed to COVID-19 or are experiencing any symptoms, such as (but not limited to) fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea, etc.

Please do NOT congregate inside the building lobby, aisles, or pews before, during, or after our service. If you would like to congregate, please socially distance outside on the church grounds.

Parents with Young Children:
Activity bags will be provided for your children (aged preschool through elementary) to utilize during the sermon, however, we will have a family room available to you throughout the service. As a reminder, though, please only have one parent in the family room and, once you enter the family room, please stay there for the duration of the service to reduce distractions and help with social distancing.

If do not plan to attend our in-person indoor gathering, please join us for our live stream service on our Facebook page at 4pm, so that you can still be an important part of our gathering.
